About Us

Real Life. Real People. Real Jesus.

We're a church that believes following Jesus is meant to be done together — in real relationships, through real life. No pretending. No performing. Just Christ-followers figuring it out side by side.

Our Story

Making disciples who make disciples

Real Life Ministries Treasure Valley was planted as part of the Real Life Ministries family — a movement that started in Post Falls, Idaho with a simple conviction: the church should be about people, not programs.

From the beginning, our heart has been relational discipleship — the idea that following Jesus was never meant to be a solo journey. It happens best in the context of genuine, messy, life-on-life relationships where people know you, challenge you, and walk with you.

Our mission is simple: making disciples who make disciples. Not just filling seats on Sunday, but equipping everyday people to live out their faith at work, at home, and in their neighborhoods. We believe the most powerful ministry happens not on a stage, but around a dinner table, in a living room, and over a cup of coffee.

What We Believe

Rooted in Scripture

These core beliefs shape who we are and how we live.

The Bible

God's word is our guide for life and faith.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God. It's not just a book of rules — it's God's story of redemption, and it speaks into every part of our lives today.

God

One God who exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in one God who eternally exists in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, each is distinct, and together they reveal a God who is relational by nature.

Jesus

Fully God, fully human — He lived, died, and rose again for us.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who became human, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose from the dead. He is the only way to a restored relationship with God.

Salvation

A free gift received through faith, not earned by being good.

We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. We can't earn it, don't deserve it, and can never lose it. It changes everything.

The Church

Not a building — a family of Christ-followers on mission together.

We believe the Church is the body of Christ — a community of Christ-followers called to love God, love each other, and make disciples. Church is what we are, not where we go.

Discipleship

Following Jesus is a lifelong journey of becoming more like Him.

We believe every follower of Jesus is called to grow — and the best way to grow is in the context of real relationships. That's why Life Groups and relational discipleship are at the heart of everything we do.
